Mentorship Program
We carefully match mentees with mentors based on industry expertise, business stage, and specific development needs. Mentors bring decades of real-world experience while mentees bring fresh perspectives and entrepreneurial energy. Together, they create powerful partnerships that accelerate success.
Time Commitment
Up to 3 hours per month. Mentors are compensated at $50 per hour through a Blue Cross Blue Shield grant. We will have more structured programming in the coming months.
